Heavy Lag in Heart Of Fissure

We just transferred from lumiel to siel since all of my friends went there, but our character got stuck due to heavy lag once we started entering heart of fissure maybe because there are waaaaay too many monsters that i can't even read their names since their all clumped together any solutions for these type of problem? i even tried to change my video settings from high to low and it didn't help at all no such problems encountered while in lumiel before =(

 

If ur doing the quest wer u talk to the girl wat normaly people do is try to get past it that thing has been there for a long time cant kill it alone so go to the sides ✌️

 

Thanks for the tip but the problem is, i can't move with that kind of lag going on it's just like very unresponsive that i can't do anything but to hit the ctrl + alt + del buttons in my keyboard, and how come i never experienced this kind of problem while in lumiel?

 

As u can see its pack in Siel but if ur character is stuck go to the gamez website and click "Player Unstuck Request"

 

Or the faster way to go an alt and type ".fix <bugged character's name>"

 

what do you mean it's packed in siel? the population? then there's no way i can do this quest? then that's really sad if that's the case since unstucking doesn't let me finish this quest =( thanks anyway

 

I've fixed the issue in the Heart of Fissure, please send an unstick request from our website or PM me your character's name so i can get you out of there.
