Heilang Tracking, attack command and howling awk skill​

Bug Description:

When you use your "Command: Attack" heilang makes a animation and stay in the same spot, if heilang start to atack another player heilang lose the tracking of the player when make a dash, with "Heilang:Howling" is 50/50 heilang stay in the place or he teleports correclty to the player and cc him​

that's bugs are common to recreate just use the skills that I mentioned and there u go​
