help - FEAR TO REPORT

I'm used to work with lawsuits, and, when the perpetrator lost the demand, he ist not considered guilt and ruffianly sent to the prison.
This is PRIMITIVE, at least. My guild its known on the game, which we love playing, and this happen
to one of our leader: he reported someone, suspicious (I, MYSELF, consider him, the reported, an hacker, undoubtedly), and the gm CAMI, banned my friend, the one who reported,with a subterfuge that he were mistaken.
That's it, she just banned him because didn't like his report, considered it a mistake. There isn't a logicial jusiticative, this is

[TD]ridiculous. Furthermore, by doing that, you'll create an unreasonable fear on the players to report someone. Therefore, you can be protecting the unfair player.[/TD]

How can a player report an suspicious gm, who brutally abuses of his power? Or, how can I report and parcial gm? Are the gm's always right and the player wrong, whitout the right of reply??



Please don't massacre an inocent, at least, give him the proper right of speaking. Let's try help and make justice to someone who deserve.

*cough* I mean, your words are nothing without evidence. And such issues should be discussed in Private Messages. - that sums up a reply you'd probably receive from an AionMaster

 

Your welcome to talk any senior staff member about your concerns. If there is enough evidence to support your claim?

Anyway, calling people out saying abuse this and that not really the best thing you could do.

So, if you have proof? Sure.

Also, as a note; we do not ban people for reporting players. That would be silly, so your friend must have been doing something against our ruleset.
