    E-mail - Microsoft Windows

"Outlook Express isn't available in Windows Vista or Windows 7 - you can't download it or run it on either version of Windows. However, you can install an e‑mail program from another company or use Windows Live Mail - a free program that is part of Windows Live Essentials."

That is a really bad way to ask + we aren't allowed to post these links on the forum anyway. Opens up hosts to all sorts of liability they don't wanna deal with.

Has to be the 2011 version? In my office I have an old 2007 Outlook express running in win 7 64 professional Edition.
