Solved HELP IM NEW

Im new here but ive used the latest GamezAion Installer and My Aion Client is fully updated as the the GamesAion launcher (4.8) when i go to the user log in i get a message saying im already loged in (yes ik about the work around and all that but that's not my main isuue, just figre i'd mention it), what my main problem is , is that after i select a server then game hangs, what i meant by that is after selecting the server, either my mouse disappears or all the buttons become unclickable, the back ground is still scrolling/moving and theres still music but byond that nothing happens, PLEASE HELP ASAP

SYSTEM SPECS: (Im Able To Run Skyrim, WoW, Guild Wars 2, as Well as Warframe and Games Like That On High and The System Is Brand New)
Win10
64bit
4 gb ram
amd quad core A8-6410 APU with AMD Radeon R5 Graphics, 2.00 ghz

 

it happened to me 2 days ago and weird i could log after i removed Visual C+++ or something like that but im not sure..

 

I am not sure what you meant by fully updated so let me ask. Did you download the game through the torrent or the NCsoft launcher?

 

ummm i downloaded the game via NC launcher, updated game, and used the launcher provided via the GamzAion site, i never saw a link to download aion via torrent on any site, unless i missed it...

 

Retail is on another version and we are still on 4.8, your higher version is what doesn't allow you to connect.
We don't have a downgrade as of now so you will need to download the game through the torrent.
