    Uh well Altgard is in Asmodae and Igginson is in Balauera.

    Altagard is the Verteron for Asmodians and you cannot go there unless you are an Asmodian.
    Where do you want to go actually?

    Can you please link me the quest you got ?

    And as far as I know fissure of destiny was located in Reshanta Eye/Core whatever it is called. Did you go there and it wasn't around?
