    my account is stock in selecting character and once i press the start button i cannot enter to the game . i hope you will help with this problem . i love playing this game . tnx.

    Did you try the .fix command? Login on a character of the same account and type .fix Name ..
    If that doesn't work either then there's nothing I can do for you, you'll have to send an unstuck request and wait for a server restart.
