    Best thing about AION is that it comes with an uninstall, use it then install everything again :p

    &
    Try to repair your client with the NcSoft Launcher, it worked for me.

    You missed out a file while downloading, best thing to do is File Repair or Re-Install the game, that's not about the item.pak and dont forget to "Run as administrator" before opening the game. ;)
