Help..Missing NPC??

    Good Day.
    Im new here and Im just trying to go about my way in doing quest but it seems that one of the required NPC for "The Hand Behind the Claw" quest is missing... Namely Jorund..

    Well I dont know if I'm posting in the right section since I dont have any idea whether this is a bug or not.

    Ive also posted this thing on the problmes section of the forum...Again because I dont know if this is a problem or not.

    Hope you can help me with this...
