Help Please!!!

My character is bugged, because it is in an alliance, when I try to connect the game disconnects me, until this point everything is ok, I will wait to restart the server, but the strange thing is that the game in the chat writes, "This account has Been Reported not paying for an internet cafe usage charge. If you believe this is an error, please contact customer support. " and this message appears only in the main character.

I have never played at an internet cafe. I play from home and sometimes from a friend's house.

My ip is: 78.15.232.231 (I am Tiscali user)
And when I play at a friends house, the ip is 93.47.118.224. (They are fast-Web users so I do not know if the IP remains the same after turning off the modem).

The problem is an issue with NCSoft's Ability to allow Internet Cafe users to play for "free" as long as they pay the cafe for their game time. I would've imagined that it should be a server side thing and not client sided but it seems that your IP address is being picked up as related to an Internet Cafe. It would also be that someone in your alliance/group is playing from a cafe and do to the group bug once every gets disconnected, you all get the same message.

Remember that IP addressed get recycled by ISP's so the one you're using right now could be the problem. You can try restarting your internet modem until you get a different IP than the one you have right now. (as long as you don't have a static IP).

 

It just comes with the group bug, once it is gone that message should be gone and not show up anymore, happened to me too.
