    i just download the game and i cant go to log in screen there is an error my country is philippines, im using windows 10 and i already turn off the fire wall aion.PNG

    That means your download was corrupted, possibly having to do with your bin32 folder.
    How did you download the game? Torrent or NCsoft launcher?

    i download it by torrent, it takes wayyyy too long to download it
