Help to player transfer service

I have trouble transferring my bard character Xdemonslordx yesterday at 18 hours did the transfer with the help of AM Relapse, but to this day still has not made 24 hours have passed and I'm still in Lumiel server and I want to pass it on to siel . could check please?

Have u guys confirmed to do/follow the requirments?

• You cannot transfer a player within a legion
• You cannot transfer to a server with more than 7 players in your account on that server
• Your account must be offline during the transfer
• Your account must have 1500 credits to start the transfer
• Your player abyss points will not be transferred
• Your player friends list will not be transferred
• All broker items will not be transferred
• All player mail will not be transferred
• If another player has the same name, "_UNK" will be added at the end of your name and you will be given a name change ticket

I already gave both of your names to AM staff. They will take care of it when they have time.

 

All of your toons are already sent on the staff chat, so the seniors,heads and admins are already known this. Please be patient and wait until they will fix the transfers for all the characters and please avoid double posting.. Gonna close this to prevent forum spam
