    Good day sir/ mam.
    Today i bought a card here in my country worth 2000yen to top up in my account. But the problem was the currency on the website is only available for us dollar, unlike before (when i click web money card tab its on yen currency, to make my long story short, i ended up top upping my account less than the price. Because we all know the currency difference, and worst of it i only ended up top upping my account 1000 credits and another 900 credits was left due to currency issues, i hope you fix this too soon for my next to up. Thank you. Ps: i add screenshot for you to get what im saying.

    No problem and sorry for not explaining why.

    The merchant (paymentwall in this case) are the ones who supply the credits and the options of payment. Gamez Just uses them to give secure methods of payments. Sure, you can contact "Gamez Support" and they can say we will handle it but in reality, all they will do is something you will have to do eventually anyways. Which is contact the merchant and ask for payment option changes.
