HELP!!!!

I cant connect to the game.....
description: 1. whenever I enter the game a command bubble pops out saying "you have been disconnected from the server"
2. when I go through the log in and already selecting server a command bubble pops out saying, "There is no server available"

 

Did you get your client through NCsoft launcher or gamezaion torrent? Check your version.ini, the version number should be above 5.0. Try install the gamezaion launcher inside your aion folder one more time to make sure you have all the relevant files:

Post any errors the launcher gives you (if any). If that doesn't work, run try with the alternative .bat launcher:

try check your internet connection .
im having also this problem when my net is so slow .

the thing is the 5.0 torrent use a outdated gamez loader, so ppls have no idea about this. when they launch the game they got this error.

 

Indeed. Installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Package (x64) have also fixed this issue for some players. You can download it from here.

 

i tried fixing the launcher and downloading it many times but still same result, now Im either stock in logging in or in no available server....

and im also having this problem
