    Repair your client through ncsoft launcher. The missing animation has nothing to do with itempak.

    Go to your Options -> Graphic Options -> Misc. -> Display Effects for. If you have selected None that's why you can't see any animations. Change it to Self or any other option if your fps can handle it.
