    That should explain it, you don't have to make a new character - you can just keep trying to get into Siel.

    If you're getting cannot access through this IP errors then you'll want to pay a visit to our ban appeals forum.

    Also there are other threads currently open discussing the player cap on Siel[West] so you're welcome to continue the conversation there if you so desire.
