it's my last desperate thread

this was yesterday i post on forums char stuck and main site sent request and even pmed some gms and i knew now it's wrong so i stopped pming anyone so please i missed playing my char dunno what to do even after restarting the server didn't fix this

 

at least answer me and tell me we r working on it or anything why i feel like my problem is ignorable lol i ask for help if i can do anything more than posting 2 times in 2 sections and request char stuck on main site and even server restart i am gonna do more but nothing left for me and i don't think my thread that invisible ....................

Char Still Sutucked 12 Nov .. still no one helping me

going to three days no playing the game and my char still stuck at the char select screen and no one helping me



i think it willl be my sign the fourth day ... is it my flag which makes me no one help me O_O or it's normal to be in this server talking in forums to myself AT LEAST IF U DON'T KNOW tell me delete and put all my stuff back again to my account and share anything with someone playing your server :S

Have you put in a character unstick request?

 

go to the main page
http://www.gamezaion.com/index.php?page=login
login and right after login where it says user control panel there should be several options

select player unstick request

did everything u think about it post on forums unstuck char and also send request from main site ... even after restart nothing check the image above the error nothing worked with this error can't play my char Y_Y

 

Same message everyday and no one help me ... please helppppppppppppppppp

You need to do the request like people have said above me, but you CANNOT login on that character until the server is reset otherwise the 'Fix' will be undone.

Make the request again but wait until the server has been restarted before trying to login.

i will do that coz u respect me and answered me FYI this what exactly happen b4 i did the request and waited untill server reset and logged on and same thing happen again i swear ... but coz u asked me i will do the same thing again for u thanks for care

 

If this issue is continous then Alente or Carl will need to look at your character.

 

that's what i am trying to say several restart with request from the main site unstick request also with unstuck forums post request nothing happens after restart but where i can ask alente or carl to look is there a special request for that ??? i am willing to do but please tell me any other way i am 4 days now not playing my char Y_Y

You will need to PM Alente on the forums then, and make sure the title of the post is easily noticed

 

thanks hope the same i know alente and carl have a lot to deal with since the new update lots of bugs and stuff need to tc of but really i wanna play my char not trying to push or spam anyone just wanna play in this server and god speed and best wishes for carl and alente for their good work on this server

try reinstalling maybe?

just dont instal 2.1.0.0

oh run the stuff as admin

or turn of your firewall temporary or unblock aion if it is blocked

check you internet conection

 

^_^ i am running on the same client my friend char so i dun think it's this problem my char need a check i dun know what's the problem but i am sure it's not internet or client problem
