    Herring seems missing​
    Bug Description:
    For "Abelin's secret fishing" quest, I've been fishing days and days.
    Burnt out termian fishing rod and one steal rod, caught hundreds of fishes except herring.
    Seems herring is not in the fishing drop table.    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:

    Thanks for boat bug fix, I visited Arita island and finally caught herring.
    Apparently, herring cannot be caught inside quest mark area near Velia town.
