    The damage of the mobs is insane! Goblins can 1 hit kill me in lvl 15 xD

    That is depends on the mob you are fighting.
    If you are fighting the elite spawns, or mobs that have <Violent> etc. on top of their name, the damage is quite higher.

    General mobs, yes; will be able to kill you even at level 15. Potions, and well to be honest? Gear with DP would help you tremendously.
    I made it to level 51 with pretty much all green gear and was only having issues with mobs that were Red or Purple.

    Considering that all your gear will come from drops primarily, you should be looting at first while you kill things (like the imp quests from the black spirit).

    This is not a bug...
