higher vortex level in elyos?

    im currently gathering in heiron storm cirlce.

    my aether gathering skill isnt levelling up anymore in this place. 375 the highest burning vortex here, my skill is stucked at 400++ its saying that cant level up skill becoz vortex level is too low

    any other place with hgigher vortex level than this place.
