Honorable Daeva Decoration

regarding the quest of "Wielding Power" (deavanion weapon part quest).It is said to obtain the "honorable daeva decoration" you need to get the bundle using the "honorable conqueror's mark" and you can get the mark from the "offering of conquest"(special monster in inggison and gelkmaros).
I killed a lot of that special monsters in both inggison and infiltrate gelkmaros but still cant get the honarble conquerors mark, Is it bugged or im doing something wrong? pls help

 

try check the specific mobs or map location

 

the quest dont mention any specific mobs just conquest offering monster in inggison and gelkmaros.based on google any mobs that is conquest offering supposed to drop the honorable conquest mark,if you are a Elyos you need to infiltrate gelk and if you are asmodian you need to infiltrate inggi for the honorables,already tried both still no drop

is there a specific mob to kill?from what the Epaion(NPC) said"you can defeat Conquest Offering to obtain Honorable Decorations of Conquest.
