Horse charge SKill don't knock off from horse​

Bug Description:

Hi, I love the Q Skill of a horse, I love to knock down people with that, but its bugged here, you can't knock down the people with that, they take damage but they don't fall down.
Also in Guild wars used to hunt Guild Enemys.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Get 2 horses, give one the Horse skill "Charge" on 100%, (you need a head for the horse) and try to knock down the other, you can do it in a duel.​

I wasted HOURS on Retail to charge peoples xD I just hate GHillie players, wanna charge them and say helloo Most times they chat like "WTF" then I see the name and can say "Hi Paul" or whatever the name is
(sadly... if you kill someone hidden here... you dont see the name in kill log... thats better on retail Q_Q)
