Horse gear applying to incorrect stats​

Bug Description:

When you equip horsegear, each one applies stats that are different from the tooltip/general function of horsegear in the game. IE Stirrups are supposed to provide braking, but instead, saddles are. And vice versa. I didn't have a horseshoe on hand to test those, but champrons and bardings appear to be working as intended.​
