Horse Gear Not Applying Correct Stats

    Currently have 144.7 Turn and 146.5 Brake.

    Put on a +9 Storm Sirrup ( +4.7% Brake) and instead of applying break it applies into Turn.

    Stats with the Stirrup are 149.4 Turn 146.5 Brake
