    Horse not learning skills​
    Bug Description:
    I've had a Tier 4 and a Tier 6 Horse, both learning very few or absolutely no skills, even when thy're high level. My T4 hit level 25 only learning one skill, which was quick ride, while my T6 is already level 18 and hasn't learned a single skill. The Tier 6 has a brand, premium horse appearance, and the horse costume on it, but they don't seem to affect the skill gain rate at all, maybe even making it worse​
