I can't do shit in game, cos I LAG ALL THE TIME! If I want to cast a skill, I usually have to wait for a second... If I get stunned, usually the unstun skill never works....

I tested my internet connection and I have 9ms of ping - si it's servers problem not mine. Please solve it cos I will go crazy if you don't. Especially playing a sin with high ping is suicide.

Are there any tricks on how to lower ur ingame aion ping or something? I have full eat +15 and pvp jewelry and I can't even kill a sorc in anuhart stuff cos I fricking lag!! It takes 2 seconds to cast a backstab after I do ambush. Are you kidding me? By that time, sorc already teleports to the other side of the fricking map dude. Then he sleeps/roots/whatever and ur dead.

I practically can't beat anything that is equally geared to me cos of the fricking lag. I'm going to destroy something right now. Literally.

Jesus, u can't have a ping of 500+ in the game are you kidding me? How am I supposed to pvp in those conditions?

I can't even freaking weave normally in these conditions. For a sin that's destined to death.

I know sins which are 100x more shitty geared and can kill faster than me. All that cos they have a lower ping - that's bullshit.

If u can't solve this problem out, then give everybody whose ping is 500+ full abg gear, so we'll be able to be equal to those in mist gear with good ping. Jesus christ this is hilarious.

I can't calm down myself. Every1 laughs at my face cos he pwns me. In heiron/core I can't even kill SM's in elder gear cos I lag so much. Please fix this ASAP!

Advice: As you have loads of cash from donators please locate another server somewhere where we'll be able to achieve better ping. It's just not fair ppl!!

As I said, speedtest told me I only have 9ms of ping. My net's just fine. This server isn't obviously.

 

i dont have any lag................. so then it cant be the server just change your isp if you are that fussy about lagging on gamez.

Yes, ppl who live in the next room from server have no lag, that's logical. Something is wrong here and I wanna know what.

btw I tried 4 ISP's already (at my friends) and it's not much better. This sux.

Unfortunately while it would be convenient for it to be something on our end the server is currently lag-free and operating fine for 99.99% of users.

Generally speaking when you get unusually high ping it's a routing issue with your Internet Service Provider or someone they happen to connect through.

A speedtest.net result is largely meaningless in this regard since Speedtest connects you to a server within a relatively close proximity of you and sees how fast you can connect to it under ideal conditions. What it doesn't do is connect to a server in our data centre (heaven only knows how far away from you) to see what sort of connection you'll get there.

You could try giving your ISP a call and tell them where you're trying to connect. Probably your best bet.

I did another duel in temple of gold with an SM with elder +1 gear. With his iron skin up he won. And I'm EAT+15 with taha dagger/sword +15 full att build (I'm w8ing to get VIP to trade my ABG bow and ABG GS).

I can't even burst out an elder SM with iron skin on due to lag cos I can't weave properly. That's embarrasing and hilarious.

Is it possible that if I format the system it would run better? Though I can hardly say I have more than half of 650GB disc filled.

And another thing - as I hate to install this game (i have retail cd client) and w8 whole day for updates to complete I only have the installer from my brother - could this be the problem?

i got 400ms~600ms but i not lag.. all movement are smoth..

 

i have i7 cpu and 650 ping but i dont lagg much ^_^

 

250-300 ping at max, only lag at face of massive zergs. (shift - f12 ftw)

 

I have a Phenom 9950 x4 OCed to 3Ghz and HD5770, so hardware is more than enough capable.

I need to sort this out - it's not that I lag all the time, but on certain skills at a certain point of the duel. Why does it everything work smooth whene I farm somewhere?

 

reset your router and modem, it should help reduce it. unplug the power cords for a good minute.

 

You're not the only one actually. We have consulted professionals about our PC and internet due to the fact we can't play peacefully and hassle free in this server. If there's a zerg, we lag like hell and die instantly without even knowing it because the screen freezes. Happens a lot of times when facing bunch of reds. I can't even record a decent PvP video of mine because I lag like hell. But when I tried in Crystal Aion (which I'm really loving at the moment), I play in high graphics, record a video of me while playing and HEY!! NO LAG AT ALL! As of the professionals we asked, they said our PC is fine and can handle Aion in high graphics. Our Graphic card isn't bad and so our internet that might probably cause this sh*ts. So their verdict is, it's the servers' crowdedness/population. I play in places where there's so many people to load. And it causes the PC to hang all the time. So what I did, I just refrain joining zergs and try to PvP somewhere less zergy and aim for a solo one. The highest ping I get is 300 and it acts like a b*tch already.
