How do I run both retail and gamezbd?

I have read an archived post about this but once I make another copy of retail bdo folder (documents > Black Desert) Where do I put this file? and is this separate from GameZ folder in documents?

 

I went to retail to test things a while ago.
Because retail is now directly operated.
retail >Black Desert
Global Lab> Black Desert Lab
Gz> GamezBD
All files are separated and will not be mixed together
You need to start gz first and then retail.
The gz launcher will detect whether there is a running BDO client.

 

As I answered on your comment in my profile, you just have to install different servers in a different directory (do not install Steam version on same HD than GamezBD).
Players have said that it's now possible to run both servers at the same time, which I don't recommend. I never tried, but feel free to do so by your own risk.
