how to craft balic?

    i search in this forum but not find a clue how to craft balic ..

    anyone can share the info how to craft balic from collecting ,and where to craft it ? :happy:

    you can get the designs in abyss. for elyos you can get it in teminon fort..its in the same room as the potions. all the crafting npc's are lined up there :) and for the mats just search in
