how to get back account

I have not play gamezaion for over a year so i forgot my username and password how can i get it back please help

 

Do you at least remember the e-mail you signed up with? You should have an e-mail there if you search for "gamez aion" in your mailbox that tells you your account name from when you first created it

 

i think i remember my username but cant remember the password, what can i do ?

 

If you remember your e-mail like I said, reset your password here.
If you reset it, an email should be sent to you to help you change your password

 

thanks but how about i dont use that email anymore is there anyway to get back my account?

yeah i think somebody hack that email long time ago i cant access to it anymore

BTW i got back my user and pass but what happen to lumiel it's look dead , how do i transfer my char to siel ?

 

You can go to the Player Transfer service on the webpage (gamezaion.com) and you can transfer 1 toon from lumiel to siel. (It costs 1.5k of credits)
