how to make a t8 courser?

i had bred like 3 t8 horses but all of them learn less than 10 skills...is there any way to increse the skill they learn?
i had tried branded them, horse costume set
any suggestion?

 

Now while I actually enjoyed @Yoshiniko's contribution it was slightly less than helpful, so in order to try and answer your question with the limited amount of knowledge I have about this specific server I can safely say that sometimes you are "lucky" and sometimes not so much in other words it is all down to a rather dull Random Number Generator where I have had a Tier 2 horse with 6 skills at level 30 including Sprint and a Tier 7 horse with 5 Skills at level 20 so it is hard to tell when you actually get "lucky" with your horse skills which in retrospect might be why people are putting so many horses on the Horse Market instead of using the Imperial Horse Delivery service (eventhough it might be bugged for "special" horses) simply because the horses did not get the skills the players actually wanted. Of course I think it is rather ludicrous that when we are getting FREE pearls all the time more players aren't using the Horse Skill reroll you can buy through the Pearl Shop under Mounts but it might not work as intended as I have not been playing for long enough to have tested every aspect of the game yet.
So in conclusion, you just have to keep going and eventually you might get the kind of horse you actually want

 

While I agree that the horse skills learned are sometimes a bit low compared to what we would want, there is still an rng factor to consider as well. That being said, you can use the premium horse appearance change coupons in the pearl shop to increase the amount of skills your horse has, even if it is already level 30. However, if you do this, you need to be aware that if you want to change the horse's appearance back to what it originally was, the coupon is bugged in a way that makes the horse look like a tier one horse. For example, if you have a pure white horse and use these coupons and wish to use another to change the appearance back to the pure white look, it will then look like a tier one. Keep in mind, though, that this does not change the fact that it is a pure white, just what it looks like. A risk to consider, but up to each player to decide if it is worth it or not.
