    hello ... im new at this patch 5.3
    How to remodel elite arbiter set ?
    i see some people can remodel their set.. and their weapon also

    but when i want to modify aprerance / remodel... i cant ..

    anyone can tell me why i cant and how to make it can remodel ?

    And... if you have a custome or nice remo to your elite arbiter you must click first elite arbiter and 2nd is custome the 2nd item for remo will destroy and attach to the elite arbiter.
