Huge problem

Okay, I have a severe bug issue to report. Level 60 Kahrun's War Staff +15 has gone missing from the character profile. I can see it clearly under the character selection page, but it's not showing up in the game. So far a game reboot has been done (x2), and the problem remains. What can be done? How can we get this fixed? It took forever to get this weapon

 

It's now day two and the weapon is still missing (in the game), but it clearly appears on the character selection page. Can an admin look into this? I would like to have this weapon returned as soon as possible. Farming mobs blind is very frustraing. What can be done? Is there a way to submit a support ticket?

It's now four days and still no weapon. If I lose this weapon, it's game over for me. I won't spend the time and resources to achieve another only to have it possibly disappear yet again. I'm betting that if the server is rebooted it will show up. I believe this to be just another simple server quirk and I can live with that. What's a game killer for me is if the weapon disappears. That, I can't live with. It's just too much time and effort to reacquire.

 

I suggest, contact the 2 GamezStaff here... ASAP and present him all what happened...

I tried, but apparently nobody's home. It's frustrating that I can still see my weapon, but I can not use my weapon. Please admins, please, please, please reboot the server.

 

The reboot did not fix the problem. I've been politely, and patiently asking for assistance for many days, but still no answer. If an admin could kindly message me on what can be done, I would greatly appreciate it.
