Bug Name:

Hunter's Seals Aren't able to be withdrawn from storage​

Bug Description:

Hunter seals in velia storage unable to be moved to players inventory, gives message "can only be placed in players inventory" regardless of the method of transfer be it full stack or one at a time.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Place hunter's seals in storage and attempt to move them back into inventory, will be greeted with the system message of "can only be placed in players inventory."​
