Solved I cannot retrieve my accountc

Good morning,

I used to play a lot here and donate a lot to Gamez Aion on 2011. We would like to play again (my brother, my friends, etc). The issue is that our accounts were max lvl max everything but we cannot access them.

I tried the forgot user name but it says "contact support".

Please help us so we can join again. We are active players and we all donate and support the server.
