i cant connect to the server...why?

    guyss .... I want to ask, I have a problem like this,

    but its weird, when the connection status to server normal (non RTO) I try to log into the game, a few minutes I play, then I check my connection. and really surprised me was my connection to the gamezaion "RTO" when I'm there in a game and most can not understand why I do not think disconnects from the server even when its RTO status ... Anyone know why?

    Ashtar, Bellalicious, and Fynie never say they do not know why, they are advised to check the firewall settings, I've tried but never succeeded ..... anyone want to help me?

    What a weird problem... well, I've never had it, but you could try reinstalling the game? That always works for me... even though it's annoying as hell!
    It's just a suggestion..
