I cant LOG IN please Help!!!!

Anybody could tell me what to do, Everytime I tried to Log in for the first time an error "Account already log in" shows, then i tried again, i can already log i, but it wont continue to the part where you can already choose your character..Please Help what to do, Thank you..

 

I read somewhere on the forum that you can do a "Force Logout" on your account.
Also it would be wise to change your password if you think someone has hacked your account.

if by "for the first time" she means she has no characters yet, then its coz she hasnt downgraded so its not letting her to the char creation screen (just stuck on an animated background). this is the most likely cause

if she already played, then its the character stuck online. dont think theres a force login here so might have to wait for server restart or for the char to automatically disconnect from lack of user input (used to take 5-10 mins). can ask anybody ingame if they could find the char ingame and see if its moving. if its not then it just never did log out

I assumed she was a player already due to her signature having a character.

 

maybe you forced to close your aion window sir and comes to stuck character,..all i suggest is try to log in your account in gamez site Welcome to Gamez Aion - Aion Private Server and unstuck your characters over unstuck request. GOODLuck!

im not sure the unstuck request actually helps for this one. its intended to fix the crashes after selecting a char due to null coordinate (it doesnt know where to put u) so the unstuck moves you to the starting zone

really dunno how that would work here but cant hurt to try though u cant login after submitting it coz if u try it breaks the request. also gotta wait for server restart after u submit one
