I can't make an elyos on my account because I have Asmodian characters

I'd like to make an elyos to chill with friends on the other side ;/ please don't tell me to make another account because I also would have liked to transfer my ABG stuffs to this elyos character but i cant between 2 accounts (without VIP)

Is this a bug or a new thing now? I just came back from a several month hiatus ;-p

 

If you had both before the update it's fine, if not you can only have one race per account now.
