I can't play AION

    Can anyone help me. I already installed and update my aion through ncsoft launcher and its says ready to play when i click the gamezaion launcher the " man with a wings " appears then after that it does't continue loading the game and the man with wings disappear. I've already repair it 3X but still same what happen with the previous can anyone help me......:crying: I want to play aion can anyone help me. the size of aion folder is 14.4 g
