i cant start playing

    Can any 1 help me ?
    When i write my account and password, i log in, then user agreement open and i click agree .... but then ... i see black picture ... without realm box ... why i see that ... and how i can play ? :sad: :crying: :pinched:

    I have no experience with this, but it sounds like you cannot see the server list? Perhaps you need to reinstall the Gamez client. Or perhaps you did not update Aionz retail version fully before downloading the Gamez client? I would try a reinstall of the Aion game clean, and patch it up to the current version in retail launcher. Then download and install the Gamez client again.

    Just what I can think off hand.
