    why is my third chain skill seismic blow and rightious cleave not working????

    everytime i use seismic wave and shock wave, the third chain seismic doesnt activate

    same with cleave and great cleave, after that the third chain doesnt activate also,

    wats happning??


    is it bug or????? i nid an answer plsssssssssssssssss

    Trigger rates have been implemented. You'll rarely get the seismic billow to proc now. Please use search in the future.
