I have been scamed

    I have been scammed of a +15 spear by the user-name Hemidel from the legion bolisa
    family. I don't want the spear back just for this player to know he can not get away with scamming other players of items, this player is also scammed a few other people as seen on eloys chat. why has no action been taken? what can i do to make sure this player dose not get away with this? will a Gm please ban this player for 3 days or best of all perm, and if anyone can tell me what i can do about this please let me know thank you very much
