i lose my tatar fusion and terath

hello guys i know this is a bug but i really dont think this will happend to me, i did like all said, i pass 30min afk on santun after make the fusion. After that go to other char for some scrolls and pots and for my bad luck my fusion was gone. A AM said in the last post i check about this bug: if i have a proof they can give me back my orb.

i pay 3k vip for this tatar orb: (lucky for me a legion mate take a SS when i link it on legion chat) i was so happy to finally get it.

so the problem get worst xD... so i buy a orb terath (atak speed too) and make fusion but this time i personally take the SS: (you can see in chat to i buy the teraht on broker.

my bad log is i got send log and woot my fusion was gone too. so i lose 3k vip (tatar orb) and 100 million kina (a legion mate give me >_<) .

pls i will relly need my items back. i hope you find all the proof you need. thx for read.

Unfortunately, your pictures are nowhere near sufficient enough to be used as a proof. We can't see the act (fusing), we can't even see the name of the character you've taken the picture with.

I'm very sorry that this happened to you, but unless you could provide a solid proof (Preferably a video or screenshots of the whole process) there's nothing we can do about it.
