I lost my ABG jerkin glove!!

I'm vip member.
i lost my jerkin glvoe by mistake. i extracted my glvoe.
but, when i tried to cancel extracting, it was not canceled.
my internet ping is from 300 to 800. it is also system problem.
if i played at regular server, i won't get a mistake and extract my glove.
i donate much moeny for this game. if i can't get any service or supprot from you, i won't enjoy this game anymore. because evenif i donate much moeny, i can't get any support or help when i need hlep.
i sent you a photo. i can't understand why you can't refund it. i think you just want to make me donate more. i won't do taht. i don't want to refund money, i just need my glove.
