I lost my Headgear when sending it...

    Hey dear Gm's
    i bought Noble Wise DragonKings Mask in the Donation Shop and sent it from my one Char Qion to my other Char Qoin..
    and Qoin only get a empty message but when i look in User Cp and watch his inventory there is the mask...
    i looked everywher(Warehouse, Broker, Inventar,,,)
    but cant find it heres a pic of the user Cp where you can see the Mask ...

    You could also post a screenshot of the empty mailbox & your character's inventory at the same time.
    I'm pretty sure you'll get a refund since your case seems to be plain. Good luck :)
