Solved I need a help logging in my account.

    Hi guys, it's been a while since I logged in my account on GamezAion because of certain reasons. Now, I wanted to go back and play because it's already summer and I got nothing to do so I want to spare my time again playing this game. But, I have a problem on logging in my account In-Game because I really can't log it in and I already tried it many times. Why is it that I can't log in my GamezAion account but I can log it in on the Gamezaion website?

    Any help and suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
    PS: I made this new forum account cause I probably forgot my old ones.

    It would be best if you would provide a screen shot of your login screen AND the error you get after trying to login.

    One more thing, tell us what version of aion u have. Check your version by going to C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSOFT\Aion\version

    Just a tip~
    Aion will not allow you to login ingame if your password contains anything that is not a letter or a number. For example, if in your password you have an exclamation mark or anything else that isn't a letter/number, you won't be able to login ingame but you will be able to do so on the website. Go to the website and change your password. That will allow you to login ingame aswell! :)

    Now: if the problem you are getting is something else like "cannot connect to authorization server" or "you have been disconnected from the server", you will have to tell us so we can help you with that. But since you didn't mention anything about an error text and only mentioned that you can't login ingame but can do so in the website, I suppose that is your problem ^_^

    Player possibly had a problem with his password being too long so he changed it to a shorter one and his problem got solved! Thanks @Kyungmii for pointing out to me that the player no longer had the problem after messaging him to ask him about it :) ♥

    Also next time you have any issues with the game post in this section and not the Marketplace!
