I need help with my character

I was on this server for a long time for now. i have one character on a west server. but when i made that character there was no other server only one , and now since i got back in aion again. and i wanna play , i went to play and i experienced lag spikes during pvp. i tryed warrier on east server and no lag what so ever.

i have sorc with full ABG , i donated when i played. spended around 200$
can u move my character to east server so i can play with it with no lag ?
