I Need some Help to Run the Game!!

Hello.

My Name is Verdred, someone must know me, because i'm an old player of gamez. (Darigaaz or Dawnbringer was the most userd chars ).

I need the help from all who can.

1) I downloaded Aion trought the NCSoft, to the 2.5.0.3. ( i maked sure it was North America and NO EUROPE)
2) Following the instructions for the downgrade to 2.1.0.12. ( and deactivated the Automatic Update)
3) Everything got fine with the file. (everything downloaded without problem)

But when i try to start the game trough the gamez Aion Laucher, it go to the blacl screen with the NCSoft Logo, but after a couple of seconds, an error appear, saying it was caused by Aion.bin, and the error is crysystem.dll.

I got this error before, so this is why i left, but now i want return. please help me.


Just to help you, i have this PC:

Windows XP Version 2002 Service Pack 3
Intel Core 2 Duo CPU E7400 @ 2.80GHz, 2.80GHz
2,00 GB RAM
ATI Radeon HD 2400 Series 256.0 MB - Internal DAC ( 400Mhz)

this computer have more power from the one that i was using before. I have an ADSL line, and i tried to launch the game without the downgrade, and it start, but that is the original, i want gamez.

 

did you played on another private server?because i know a private server that have a huge problem with this error

 

try to redownload the bin32. hope this works.

I played only on gamez, and when it gave me this error, and my main char was stuck, i don't played anymore, waiting for it to resolve.

just to let you know, i quit playng when Alente went away. ( not to be linked to this but the issues happen in that period)

EDIT: it was hard for me to leave my chars, now i want to re-take control of they all. i missed my friends, my gameplay, my life on this server.

 

I'm also with the same problem when I click start game the error message says i always like "you want to send the error report or not send?" what can I do? tava normal earlier today, now that was so HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP.

 

Check your directX, update it if it's necessary. here's the Link

your VGA is kinda low tho

 

i'm sorry i idn't read the news or the update, just install all.

The other PC that i was using when playing was a 2.00 Ghz Intel with 1.00 GB ram and the VGA have only 128 MB, so i thinked that in this i wouldn't have problem, because it is optimal respect the first one.

it might be item pack problem (wrongly installed) anyway repair your client, down grade again, make sure your item pack is in the correct place and try after

 

Specs of PC doesn't really have to do with error. I had the same problems and some different ones with You are not from the same country or whatever. Here is what I did:

1. Un-install Aion
2. Re-download Aion and you can download all the patches up to 2.5.0.3 but DO NOT let the NCSoft launcher install the game or IF it does .. just delete all the folders Except for the files that ends with the *.ncpatch .
3. When downloading is finished .. you want to open up this file Aion_Main_0.0.0.0To2.1.0.12.ncpatch with either winrar or winzip. I use winrar.
4. Extract all the files and folders in that file INTO your NCsoft\Aion folder.
5. After you do that ... look for this file Aion_NA_ENU_0.0.0.0To2.0.0.9.ncpatch. Again open up this file with winrar or winzip and EXTRACT it into your NCsoft\Aion folder.
6. Install the Gamez Launcher.
7. When you click on the Gamez launcher it will say for you to update. Click on update.
8. After you update ... You're ready to play

Just to be sure, the item.pak will be put in Aion/Data/item right?

in the first PC, i remember that i had problem with the items, they were not tradable

No. That's where you went wrong. Put the item.pak in the Aion/data/usa/item folder.

 

try to download aion 2.1 client from torrent or other stie..or meby this problem come from your pc. need net framework 3.5 and directX 9.0 as Uthi said before update it .. good luck..

today i followed the way of Hmongking and finally the game started.

there are my main char stucked and some other issue, but the other chars go fine.
