I still can't log in

Hi again,

its been days since im back playing from work. i already pmed uthi to check on my appeal since i was off to work. about my cause, i had been playing aion for hours and started to get sleepy, there was a race war at inggi and was very fun, but unfortunately i started to feel sleepy so i stop by inggision and log out there. two(2) days and went back to the game, i notice i cant log in and the message again appeared "you cant log in IP 22" or sort off...which was happened to me twice already. the first one was that every1 was getting the same message. I'm confuse about this why i get these error message and doesn't even know what things Ive done that would offend game masters and mod. im asking admin to please kindly check my status, and thanks. I hope these would clear everything.
