i want my glad back 3 weeks have past already

    i want my glad back 3 weeks have past and none of the admins nor head admins cant figure out how bad he is stucked on char select ... i already tryed evrything i could server restarts dosent work... nor unstuck request , (and yes i didnt try to log in on him after sending the unstuck request)... and i think the only one how can realy help me is Alente but i can never find him online this days , i send him alot of pms, and i got no response =\ can someone tell me how can contact him??
