Solved ID or Password does not match(2)

I'm using 32bit client support(GamezAION.bat) and i have this unexpected problem that i encounter.
I have this old account of mine and i cannot login(ID or Password does not match(2)) but if i use this account in the
in the Website and in a non-32bit client support(GamezAion.exe) i can login without a problem.

and surprisingly my other new account are able to log in in a 32bit client support without a problem.

can someone enlighten me with this 32bit client so that i can login my old account(My Main Account ).

 

as far i know sometimes here are problems cuz of some psw, with special characters or so. try t change your password

 

ugh it does have special characters in it.

Already told them several times to set up password validation on the website so it doesn't allow special characters and passwords longer than supported by the client. Oh well.
